Questions, answered straight.

How do AI credits work?

Credits pay for AI Studio photos. A standard AI photo costs 1 credit and an HD photo costs 2. Pro Annual adds 30 credits every month and Pro Monthly adds 40. Unused credits roll over, up to one month's worth. If a generation fails, or Identity Lock decides a result doesn't look like you, the credit comes back automatically. We don't sell credit packs.

What happens in the free trial?

Pro Annual starts with a 7-day free trial that includes 5 AI credits (they expire when the trial ends). We send a reminder on day 5. Cancel any time before day 7 in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions and you won't be charged. Each account gets one trial.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your Google Play order history. If a refund is granted, unspent credits from that purchase are removed.

Where do my photos go?

Film looks, the camera, the editor and the photobooth run entirely on your phone, so those photos never leave it. AI Studio uploads only the photo you pick, to create your result. Uploads are deleted within 24 hours and results within 30 days unless you back them up. We never train AI models on your photos.

What is Identity Lock, and is my face data stored?

Identity Lock compares each AI result with your original photo, on your phone, blends your real face back in and shows a likeness score. Results below the bar are hidden and refunded. The face measurements are thrown away right after the check. No face templates or biometric data are stored or sent to anyone.

Is the free version really free?

Yes. The camera, editor, photobooth and 22 Free Forever looks stay free, with no watermark on normal saves. That list never gets shorter.
